One Fitness Life Coach to every 7 people. Take on Weekly challenges from our Fitness Life Coaches and overcome the obstacles you face each month. Progress will be trackable in all major categories of fitness in order for you to know you are getting results. Workouts of the day will be created in order for all our Semi members to get a full body workout. Our program is designed for three times a week 1 hour coaching sessions. We offer Semis for Yoga, Pilates and Wellness education.
